what am i doing?!
i do not know HOW to get back on track. i’m so mad at myself; i can’t make good food choices/exercise for more than a couple days at a time. my clothes don’t fit. i cannot muster the motivation to go to the gym, ever. i try to do well during the day and then at night i just eat tonssss of crap. i’m thinking about doing a cleanse or something for a few days and then just starting fresh next week. ugh. i don’t know how to stop eating when i’m disappointed or sad. helllllp
Aww! I am sorry you are having a hard time!!! We are all going to have good days and bad ones. If you can’t stay away from the crap food -as you called it
-throw the crap out Buddy! Fill your cabinets with less crappy stuff. I had to buy ff cottage cheese, string cheese, low fat micro popcorn, special k bars, ff pudding. That way, if I have the munchies, at least it is lo cal stuff. You can do it buddy—one step at a time. And I hear ys on exercise motivation. I just can’t get motivated. It also really helps me to get on here daily. I don’t know what it is, but it really helps. Things are going to fall into place for you Juli, you want this and you can DO it! I am rooting for U!!!
You’ll get on track girl! Have faith in YOU! Try journaling your thoughts everytime you reach for the food that’s going to sabatoge you…better yet…come here and blog it! Once you identify the why…you can move on
I am an emotional eater also.. It has been hard to dig myself out of that hole. Well girl you are on here so that is a huge step. You want it, you want control, or else you wouldnt be telling all of us! So tomorrow just do one thing that is working toward your goal. Don’t overeat, or get a workout in, etc. Baby steps. You’ll make it!

Don’t get discouraged! Even if you have three days that you do well and a day where you mess up, thats still three days of healthier living than you would have had if you weren’t trying. The important part is to keep going until it does become a habit. Good luck!
I agree with the other girls. It happens to all of us. What matters is persistence, not perfection when it comes to weight loss. Just don’t give up!!
I not only journal my thoughts I journal everything I eat. I can then see the whens and whys when I mess up!
You can do it!
